Order Cancellations -

I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges -

Because of the nature of these items, I don't accept RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. 

Please make sure you order the correct item/size/color before you complete your order. Otherwise, all sales are deemed final.

If you are unsure of what size you should order, please reach out to me via email (admin@CrochetBabyProps.com) and I can do my best to help you decide on a size.

Refund -

Due to the nature of my products, I don't issue refunds after an order has been properly fulfilled, shipped and delivered.

ALL CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the case the wrong item sent, I will bear the cost of return shipping. Item must be returned with its original packaging within 1 day of the original order delivery date using tracked shipping. Once I receive the original item in the same condition as sent (not used, washed, or smell), the correct product will go in the mail.

Taxes - You are responsible for paying all taxes on all items that you purchase from me.
